Useful suggestions:

• Cook with a medium / low flame, temperatures under control. High temperatures do not speed up cooking times.

• In carrying out a recipe it’s useful to unite the Flavour of our Essential Oils to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

• The quantities quoted in our recipes are indicative. The correct dose is what is prefered based on personal taste, remembering that if necessary it’s always better to add. A small precautionary foretaste of the Flavour of our Essential Oils is without doubt useful.

• In the preparation of first courses we recommend to sauté in a pan, on a medium / low flame, either pasta or rice adding the Flavour of our Essential Oils to taste.

• The Flavour of our Essential Oils added at the end of cooking and / or crude makes the difference.
