   serves 4

2 Tbs Olive’s Oil
1 Tbs Res Sweet Orange
1 Tbs Res Lemon
2 apples
2 pears
1 orange
1/2 banana (to taste)
ricotta cheese
salt


Peel the fruit, cut it into squares and put it directly in a serving bowl.
Dress with a pinch of salt, the Olive’s Oil, and the Res Orange and Res Lemon. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh ricotta.
