   serves 4

5 tomatoes
3 peaches
sweet basil to garnish
3 Tbs Olive’s Oil
1/2 Tbs Res Mountain Pepper
3 drops Res Rose
salt to taste


Slice the tomatoes and peaches and arrange on a platter. Garnish with sweet basil. Make a dressing with the Olive’s Oil, Res Mountain Pepper, Res Rose and salt and pour over the salad before serving.
