400g ricotta (cheese)
10ml Res Orange
10ml Olive’s Oil
toasted almonds, coarsely pounded
schiacciata bread or similar low loaf
Using a flat hand or machine whisk mix the ricotta
with the Olive’s Oil to a smooth creamy paste.
Spread the ricotta cream onto the slices of bread and
decorate with the almonds. |
