Olivarte is located in Loro Ciuffenna, an ancient Etruscan village situated on the slopes of Pratomagno, midway between Florence, Arezzo and Siena.

A unique landscape of gentle slopes and open pastures, forests of pine, chestnut and oak, and, on the hills framing the wide valley, cultivated olives and grapes.

Its position in the heart of Tuscany, the beauty of the landscape, its history, art and culture make this land rich and fascinating. Of the high quality products created from its soil, the Olive's Oil excels as leading protagonist in the local cuisine.

Nearby Loro Ciuffenna is Gropina with a pilgrimage church dedicated to St. Peter. The Pieve di San Pietro is a splendid Romanesque construction, among the most beautiful of Tuscany, housing a pulpit sculpted with primitive forms, among them the twelve Apostles receiving the Holy Spirit.
